Model "D" Gate Valve
- Thru conduit design has full open round bore
- Does not require lubrication for normal sealing, however it is recommended for longer life
- Utilizes the principle of parallel expanding gates to obtain a seal
- Downing Model “D” Gate Valves are available in standard sizes and trims, with special sizes and trims available upon request
- Comes in flanged, line pipe or upset tubing connections
Model "DC" Gate Valve
- One piece gate construction
- Gate and Seat assembly is easily and quickly replaceable
- Replacing stem packing can be done while the valve is under pressure
- Downing Model “DC” Gate Valves are available in standard sizes and trims, with special sizes and trims available upon request
