With our manufacturing and service teams on-site, Downing Wellhead can pick up, clean, repair, modify, track, and deliver your equipment to job sites as needed.
Just like every other part of our business, we focus on communication and rapid response. Communication is the key to a successful Customer-Managed Inventory project. At the commencement of a customer program, we set up a pre-program meeting to confirm a standard repair practice for incoming inventory and to identify proper communication channels. That way you have the equipment you need, when you need it, and you know who to call to get it.
